Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Cucumber + rice to serve

Instructions

  1. Whisk gochujang, soy, honey and sesame oil.
  2. Glaze salmon and roast at 425°F for 10–12 minutes.
  3. Serve over rice with quick cucumber.
