Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Cucumber + rice to serve
Instructions
- Whisk gochujang, soy, honey and sesame oil.
- Glaze salmon and roast at 425°F for 10–12 minutes.
- Serve over rice with quick cucumber.
